- hope you are all doing well and staying safe. My store hours and staff have been drastically cut down in order to comply with the stay-at-home orders. For this reason, processing times have been lengthen and it may cause a delay in packages for some customers. Processing times have moved to 5-10 business days depending on your location, order quantity and order date. Once orders have been processed it will take 2-5 business days for to deliver depending on your location in the US. International order delivery times may vary based on location as well.
- For financial reasons I've had to let most of my employees go and I've been the sole person in charge of printing fabric, printing labels, processing every order, making post office drop offs, and handling customer service. For this reason, it may take me longer to respond to emails and order inquiries
- Due to high demand of fabrics, we are placing a minimum order quantity to prioritize orders for making face masks to try and help save lives. From now on, we will only be accepting orders values $50 and higher.
- Please note that orders will be processed in the order we receive it. Bulk orders over $500 maybe prioritized ONLY IF there is an order note that states that the fabric will be used for making face masks to try and help save lives. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
- Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges are not allowed for the simple fact that all each order is custom cut for each customer. In the case that the reason for an exchange on a return, exchange, or refund falls on me, you will be issue an E-Gift Card/store credit in the amount spent.
An E-Gift Card (or store credit) can be used on future purchases. E-Gift Cards never expire and can be treated just like cash on our online store!
Refunds will ONLY be issued for out-of-stock, high risk orders or orders that aren't able to be fulfilled within 21 business days of placing the order. When refunded funds will be issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled. All charge backs issued within 21 business days of order placement SHALL be considered void.
Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution. If you used an E-Gift Card to purchase your item(s), your funds will be refunded back to your E-Gift Card. Please reuse the E-Gift Card on your next purchase.
