Please read the following carefully before you make a purchase and if you have already made a purchase. Note that, by shopping on our website you are agreeing to the following terms:

Please understand that each fabric is custom cut. If you make a mistake and order the wrong product we cannot refund you. If you are uncertain of your choice please call customer service: 954.487.0399

We will provide you with a credit once a picture of the product is sent to us via text or email. You will be sent a return RMA label when the correct item is received by you. If Item is not returned with enclosed RMA in a 15 day period upon your new order arrival, you will be charged.

Out of Stock refunds will be generated immediately once factory notifies Designer Spandex and More. Notification is realized within 48 hours from time of your purchase.

When refunded funds will be issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that it is canceled.

Note: Refunds can take up to 2-5 business days to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
